I. TeachRussian.org invites submissions of materials based on original research, personal experience, experimentation and evaluation in the following categories:
1. Lessons
2. Games
3. Activities and exercises
4. Reference materials
5. Tests and other assessment materials
6. Syllabi
7. Articles on the methodology of teaching Russian
8. Other materials that relate to the teaching and learning of Russian

2. Submissions must be in Russian or English.

3. All materials are to be submitted as an MS Word attachment to info@teachrussian.org.

4. Submissions should provide the following information:
- author's name and full title
- affiliated institution
- last degree earned
- city, state, country
- email address
- category of material and level of students' proficiency

5. Authors are responsible for obtaining and documenting permission to use copyrighted materials, including illustrations, tables, etc. Authors must also provide proper citation where necessary.

6. By submitting materials to the website, authors agree that they will not receive a monetary compensation of any kind. Also, they grant permission for materials to be downloaded, copied, and/or redistributed for use in the classroom by anyone accessing the site.

7. Authors will retain all intellectual property rights of their materials.

Evaluation and Review Process

1. Editors determine if the materials received fit the teachrussian.org requirements.

2. All materials are reviewed anonymously in a double-blind process. Comments and suggestions are then sent to the author who is encouraged to make changes based on the reviews.

3. The editors reserve the right to reject any materials.
